The rotating parts of the high-speed tube separator are subjected to significant centrifugal force. It is important to pay attention to safety, follow operating procedures, and avoid causing personal injury or property damage!!!
Before installation and use, this manual must be thoroughly read, and operators must undergo on-the-job training.
1.1 The belt must be removed when starting the motor separately.
1.2 Do not start the centrifuge until the drum is mounted on the spindle and the connecting nut is tightened.
1.3 The centrifuge cannot be started until the belt is securely fastened and installed.
1.4 Do not start the centrifuge until the lower bearing components are installed.
1.5 Before installing the drum, it is necessary to manually check whether the sliding bearings in the bearings are flexible and apply lubricating oil.
1.6 Before starting the centrifuge, first rotate the drum by hand. The rotation should be smooth and stable. If there is significant shaking or rubbing, the cause must be identified and the fault must be eliminated. Otherwise, the centrifuge cannot be started.
1.7 Before installing the protective screw sleeve, open pressing sleeve, and upper cover, the centrifuge cannot be started. Before starting the centrifuge, it is necessary to ensure that there are no objects left around the rotating parts.
1.8 The drum in use must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected every time it is stopped. There should be no material residue left on the drum wall and outlet, and it should be properly stored on a dedicated rack.
1.9 The maximum speed of the centrifuge is 16000 revolutions per minute. The operating suspension density is ≤ 1.2g/cm3, the solid density is < 4g/cm3, and the temperature is < 70 ℃. It should not exceed this limit during use. Any changes must be approved by the manufacturer.
1.10 The voltage, capacity, and other parameters of the 1.10 power supply must comply with the specifications on the motor nameplate, and the starter must have phase failure protection.
1.11 During the acceleration and separation process, if abnormal vibrations and sounds occur, the machine must be stopped immediately for inspection.
1.12 Do not start frequently in a short period of time to avoid burning out the motor.
1.13 The centrifuge cannot be fed until it reaches the rated speed, usually after 2 minutes of start-up.
1.14 During the operation of the centrifuge from start to stop, it is strictly prohibited to open the box door. Before the centrifuge is completely stopped, no object shall 1.15 1.15 Come into contact with the rotating parts, and no parts connected to the centrifuge shall be disassembled or assembled.
1.16 Separation is complete. Cut off the feed first and wait for the drum to stop discharging before stopping the machine.
1.17 centrifuge can only be stopped by free inertia and no manual braking measures shall be taken.
1.18 Do not use pliers to disassemble any parts of the centrifuge.
1.19 No parts on one drum and another drum shall be interchanged.
1.20 After separating the 1.20 drum from the shaft, a protective sleeve must be screwed onto the T38 thread at the top of the drum.
1.21 After removing the lower cover, the bottom end face of the drum should not come into direct contact with hard objects to avoid affecting the sealing of the drum.
1.22 Any rotating parts on the 1.22 centrifuge must be checked for changes in the parts and lubrication and wear of the relative moving parts every time they are disassembled. If any abnormalities are found, they must be repaired or replaced immediately.
1.23 It is necessary to regularly check the wear of sliding bearings and lower end cover liners. When the inner diameter of the sliding bearing is greater than or equal to ф 36.4mm or the outer diameter of the lower end cover liner is less than or equal to ф 34.5mm, it must be replaced.
1.24 Any parts on the 1.24 centrifuge that may reduce operational safety must be stopped from use if the wear exceeds the allowable value.
1.25 Before starting the 1.25 lower bearing, lubricating oil should be added, and the machine head should be lubricated once a week. Add 4-5 cc to each of the two refueling holes on the machine head. Pressure roller belt, refuel every four weeks.
1.26 Before moving the 1.26 centrifuge, it is necessary to pay attention to the direction of motor rotation, which is clockwise when viewed from top to bottom.
1.27 When parts need to be replaced on the 1.27 centrifuge, they shall be provided by the machine manufacturer. If substitution is required, it must be approved by the machine manufacturer.
1.28 The disassembly, assembly, and maintenance of the 1.28 centrifuge must be carried out by trained specialized personnel and strictly in accordance with relevant requirements.
